Steps to update the firmware of a tplinkrepeater.net window of a Tp link wa855re extender setup
- Visit the official website of Tplink to download an appropriate firmware for your extender.
- Specify the hardware version of your extender and download the available firmware for your Tp-link 855re extender
- Open a browser on your computer connected to the local network.
- Bring your cursor to the address bar of your browser and type www.tplinkrepeater.net as the URL of your browser. A user can also type the LAN IP address on the address bar of your browser. The IP address of a Tp-link extender is 192.168.1.254
- Hit the Enter button and you will be redirected to the tplinkrepeater.net login window.
- Type “admin” on the username tab and mention the password you assigned during the Tp-link Extender setup process.
